The Hollenstein Career and Technology Center (HCTC) is a specialized learning hub in Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD where students transform knowledge into career-ready skills.
Serving all EMS ISD high schools, HCTC provides real-world, hands-on learning opportunities that equip students to succeed in today’s workforce and tomorrow’s global economy.

The EMS ISD Career and Technology Education Program is dedicated to preparing students for high-skill, high-wage, and high-demand careers in a competitive global workforce. We empower students through industry-based instruction, innovative technology, and real-world experiences.

Our History
The Hollenstein Career and Technology Center was established in 2011 through the 2009–2010 bond program. Designed as a future-focused facility, HCTC represents the district’s investment in innovative education, professional partnerships, and next-generation career readiness.
