Wednesdays & Thursdays
  • 8:45 AM – 11:30 AM
  • 2:15 PM – 4:45 PM
Salon Late Night
  • First Thursday of each month
  • 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    Hours subject to change.

How to Book

To schedule an appointment, you have two convenient options:

  • Call 817-306-1925 and ask for the cosmetology desk.
    Please leave a message with your name and service request. Our students will return calls and schedule appointments during class time.

  • Book online anytime using the HCTC Appointment Scheduler.

Before Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth and welcoming visit:

  • All clients must complete the HCTC Appointment Scheduler form at least one week prior to their scheduled service.

  • If you’re unable to complete the form in advance, please check in at the HCTC front desk before your appointment.

  • All guests are required to wear a visitor badge while on campus.
